Process to Use
Drill using a 1.5” diameter drill bit. Hole to Hole distance to be kept 8" to 12". For harder rock and reinforced concrete hole spacing should be not more than 8” apart.
Drill between 80 to 90% of the depth within the material needing to be cracked.
Silent Demolition Agent slurry must have free space to expand into.
Prime Crack comes in a powdered form that is easily mixed with water to create a slurry.
Mix 5 Kg of Prime Crack with 1.5-1.75 liter water.
Make a lumpless paste.
Once mixed, pour the Prime Crack in the predrilled holes.
Once paste is made, pour the slurry immediately in the holes, do not wait.
Ensure even coverage of holes for optimal results.
